Andrew Fogelson is a rising sophmore at University of Rochester stuyding mechanical engineering. He just completed his first in the University of Rochester Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Mark E.M.L Powell. This past year he also studied under Aaron Lieberman. 

Before going to the University of Rochester, he played in New Trier Symphony Orchestra and studied under Miles Link. He has played cello and piano for close to a decade and a half. He oversees the operations of N.A.M.E.

Ben is currently a rising sophmore at University of Rochester and Eastman School of Music. He is both an active composer and a duel-degree student of mathmatics and violin performance. He currently studys under the direction of Mikhail Kopelman. 

He previously served as Assistant Concert Master of the Boston Youth Philharmonic Orchestra which is conducted by world renowned conductor, Benjamin Zander. 

He has won several awards such as the Composition Department Award at New England Conservatory and has performed on From the Top by NPR multiple times. 

In addition to conducting N.A.M.E, he will be researching music cognition using computational modeling at Northwestern University.
